Alkalizing Organic Barley Grass Review – Simple alkalizing method

So I talked about Alkalizing in a previous post, so I’ve decided to go through a product I take to help my body stay in a more alkaline state.

Its a product by local health food company and is basically Organic Barley Grass in powdered form. You simply mix it with juice or water and drink it 1 to 3 times a day.

Not only does it taste great, very similar to green tea I am temped to try using it in a cake :P , but its full of vitamins and vegetable proteins and enzymes, best of all its so simple to take and its an enjoyable drink.

Growing your own Alkalizing Goodies

If you not up for buying barley grass in powder form you can always go to your local nursery and pick up some barley grass seeds. Simply water them often and keep them on your window side.

Now when you’re preparing your smoothies or fruit juice drinks through some of that barley grass in there and give it a good blend. So next time your at your local juice bar get them add some barley grass to it, and enjoy. And for those fruit juice bar addicts beware some of those fruit smoothies contain more sugar than a coke.
