So I finally got my hands on some of that Bragg’s apple cider vinegar , ofcourse apple cider vinegar is great full of vitamins and minerals and is used for hundreds of natural remedies including colds, warts, dry skin and a whole lot more I will make a post about it soon:).

So as far as Bragg’s apple cider vinegar go the flavour is excellent compared to other apple cider vinegar’s I have tasted. Unlike many other ACV the flavour can be very acidic and it almost feels like this vinegar is not made from apples. Bragg’s has a lovely strong apple flavour which is a refreshing change.

Bragg’s also has the mother intact which is the beneficial bacteria found in aged ACV , the bacteria contains all the good digestive enzymes, vitamin and minerals. So dont forget to drink the murky looking cloud even though it may look a little scary.

Along with the regular benefits of apple cider vinegar the flavour of this product is what really makes it for me and it taste delicious mixed with a fruit juice or just by itself.
